Commissioner for Health, Mr Charles Messina today met a delegation from the European Hospital and Healthcare Federation (HOPE).  HOPE is an international organisation which represents national public and private hospital associations and hospital owner. For a number of years Malta has been participating in the HOPE Exchange Programme.
