The new Liaison Officer for the Federal Ombudsman of Belgium is Mr Donald Cardon who is taking over from Ms Sofie Linthoudt. Ombudsman Daily News would like to thank Sofie for her support for the Network. We are happy to welcome Donald to the European Network of Ombudsmen and hope that the close collaboration between the Network and the Office of the Belgian Federal Ombudsman will continue to develop.

The new contact details have been added to the contacts list of national ombudsmen and similar bodies, national liaison officers, and regional ombudsmen and similar bodies, which is available via the 'Network members' section of the Extranet in PDF, Excel, and Word formats. The list includes all ombudsmen, chairs of committees on petitions, and liaison officers at the European, national, and regional levels in the EU, in the candidate countries for EU membership, in Norway, and in Switzerland.
