In February 2014, we surveyed staff views in conjunction with the re-accreditation and review process for Investors in People (IIP).  The survey gave us an opportunity to gauge staff satisfaction and engagement ahead of the IIP report, as well as to further investigate and consider areas for improvement to our people management approaches over the coming year.
