On 18 December the Seimas Ombudsmen's Office is organising a meeting on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (OPCAT), which will focus on the rights of individuals, whose liberties are restrained.
