All the visits to places of deprivation of liberty were unannounced, and for all of them separate reports containing findings and recommendations were submitted. At the visits, aside of the NPM team, seven professional associations of citizens with involvement of 12 external experts in the field of psychiatry, forensics, psychology, criminology and defectology participated.”
