The Office of the Ombudsman extends its services online

With the aim of increasing awareness and information on the function of the Ombudsman and the services the Office offers, the Office of the Ombudsman has launched a new website.

A number of services are now available online. Citizens can lodge an online complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman and track the progress of the case.

The website also allows citizens to schedule an appointment with a member of staff of the Office in order to discuss and lodge a new complaint or to submit new information.
The website can be accessed on www.ombudsman.org.mt and will be regularly updated with reports, publications as well as with examples of cases that the Office investigates.
