The Parliamentary Ombudsman, Chief Justice Emeritus Joseph Said Pullicino has authorised the Commissioner for Environment and Planning, Perit David Pace and the Commissioner for Health, Mr Charles Messing to carry out an Own Initiative Investigation on the ‘Dumping of Sewage Slurry on Cultivated Land – Negative Impacts on Health and Environment’.
