The Seimas Ombudsman Augustinas Normantas identified significant human rights violations in Švenčioniai, G. Žagunis, Dievenišikiai, Pavoverė, Adutiškis, Tverečius and Puškai Frontier Stations of Vilnius and Ignalina Frontier Districts. However, a Commander of the State Boarder Guard Service assured that the vast majority of them will be eliminated utill the end of this year.
