Among the complaints upheld this quarter are:
Agriculture/Forestry:
A delay in being issued a herd number resulted in a man being refused a forestry grant (page 3)
Hospital:
Procedures were improved after a family complained about the 'end of life care' of their uncle (page 18)
Medical Card:
An application form for a medical card will be changed after a man needlessly had to supply information about his means (page 20)
Social Protection:
A man's Jobseeker's Allowance was backdated to the time he became 'habitually resident' not the date of his successful appeal (page 34)
