México | Medidas cautelares en favor de niñas y niños migrantes en EE.UU. que permanecen sin ser reunificadosLa Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos le requiere a los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica que proteja los derechos de las niñas y niños migrantes que han sido separados de sus familias y aún no han sido reunificados. La Comisión Interamericana concluyó que los derechos a la vida familiar e integridad personal, así como el derecho a la identidad de los niños y niñas, propuestos como beneficiarios, se encuentran en una situación de riesgo. El monitoreo de su cumplimiento permitirá atender de forma cercana la grave situación en que se encuentran.
