The European Ombudsman participates in the European Youth Event (EYE) in Strasbourg

EYE 2018 takes place on 1 and 2 June 2018 in the European Parliament's seat in Strasbourg. It is a unique opportunity for young Europeans to make their voices heard.

During the event, they will:

  • Come up with ideas for the future of Europe
  • Discuss with European decision makers
  • Join more than 8,000 young people from all over Europe

The Ombudsman will be a key-note speaker at the EYE talk and discussion organised by the Parliament Active citizens: What a time to be alive...… and to be active (Saturday 10:00-11:30).

  • Informative lunch session with Emily O’Reilly (Friday at 12:00).
  • Coffee talk with European Ombudsman colleagues (Friday at 16:00, Saturday at 14:00)
  • Workshop on Digital advocacy for generation 2.0: Make yourself heard by decision-makers (Friday at 14:30 and Saturday at 10:30)
