The UK Ombudsman is co-hosting the Launch of the European IOI Learning Academy on 16-17 January 2024, in Manchester. The roundtable will be held in person and remotely and have presentations from key IOI stakeholders on the need for a new academy, the issues to be addressed and the learning styles to adopt.
