Mr. Chris Field, the President of the IOI and Western Australian Ombudsman, congratulated the Parliamentary Ombudsman, Judge Emeritus Joseph Zammit McKeon, in recognition of his recent election as a Director of the IOI World Board.

In his letter, Mr. Field highlighted the critical role of the Ombudsman institution, especially in current times, and commended the Ombudsman for his significant experience and valued perspectives. He also acknowledged the importance of Malta’s contribution to promoting human rights, good governance, and the rule of law at an international level.
