FRA took part in the third plenary meeting of the Council of Europe Committee on Artificial Intelligence (CAI).

CAI is mandated to draft a legally binding instrument on Artificial Intelligence in relation to human rights, democracy and the rule of law.

FRA presented the results of its report on bias in algorithms. It spoke about how the findings may be relevant to CAI’s work. The meeting took place from 11 to 13 January in Strasbourg.
