The Northwest Regional Center of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan organized a training on the right to vote of citizens in Chapaghan village in Sheki district. The event, which was held to raise public awareness of early parlamentary elections, was held for municipalites and executive authority.  

At the event, the head of the Northwest Regional Center, P. Mammadov, said that the Ombudsman institution always focuses on safeguarding the right to vote in our country, and carries out consistent work to effectively ensure and protect the right to vote, including a series of educational events in this field.

Also, the participants were informed of the provisions of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the voting process. Overall, the questions of the participants were answered.
