HOW CAN UKRAINE ENSURE EDUCATION for children from the temporarily occupied territories? Special report presented The Ombudsman of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, presented a Special Report on Access to Education for Children and Youth from the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine. It was prepared on the basis of the work of experts, including representatives of the Ombudsman’s Office, central executive authorities, NGOs, higher education institutions and students. The Council of Europe Office in Ukraine assisted in the preparation of the document.
