FRA will present findings from its ‘Fundamental rights and housing in the EU’s climate and energy transition’ report at the ‘Energy Security And Just Transition: rights-based approaches in energy related processes’ conference.

The conference is a closing event for the Strategic Litigation and Environmental Rights (STELLAR Rights) EU-funded project in eight EU Member States. 

The project researched legal avenues for the public to participate in energy-related policy making and decision-making (including strategic litigation). It promoted the application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in energy and climate matters. 

The online conference takes place on 20 February.
