On July 31, 2026, the Public Defender of Georgia, Levan Ioseliani, visited the Day Center of the Child, Family, Society NNLE in Tbilisi.

The Public Defender inspected the physical environment of the Day Center, spoke with the management and employees, and met with beneficiaries.

Currently, 43 people are receiving services at the Center.

The head of the organization introduced the Public Defender to the specifics of the Day Center’s work, programme and services offered. He also provided information about the challenges in organizing and providing the Center’s services.

The Public Defender of Georgia continues to work to expand and improve the quality of targeted programmes that promote independent living for persons with disabilities and periodically conducts on-site assessments of the situation in similar services.
