Christian Lange visits FRAThe Parliamentary State Secretary in the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, Christian Lange, visited FRA on 10 February.

The meeting was an opportunity to exchange information with the FRA Director Morten Kjaerum on the Agency’s relevant work within the Ministry’s areas of competence, which includes its work on children and justice, and victims’ rights.

They also discussed how the FRA-Member States working party on hate crime, which includes a representative from the German Ministry of Justice, is progressing. In addition, it was a chance to take stock of FRA’s institutional cooperation with the German government, as the Ministry is also the government’s liaison point with FRA through its National Liaison Officer.
