The Parliamentary Ombudsman, Chief Justice Emeritus Joseph Said Pullicino, participated in the Public Sector Ombudsmen (PSO) Group of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association (BIOA) that was held in Dublin last week. The meeting was hosted by the Irish Ombudsman.

During the meeting, own initiative investigations and standard complaints processes were discussed. Each member country shared their experiences and gave an update on initiatives taken during the year.

The PSO Group agreed that the next meeting will be held in Malta in November.
