The Ombudsman Agenda

January 5^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman has developed a brief remodeling on the institutional website.

January 5^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman has launched an electronic webpage, for the celebration of the 40^th anniversary of this State body, included on the institutional website. This webpage was created to advertise the initiatives that will take place throughout the year.

January 6^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman began the celebration of the 40^th anniversary of this State body with a message published on the institutional website entitled Ombudsman - 40 years with the citizens.

January 13^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman gave an interview to Rádio Renascença in the Terça à noite program.

January 16^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman issued a communication on The Ombudsman's role on body damage situations (Ressonância do problema do dano corporal na atuação do Provedor de Justiça), at the Seminar Body damage’ expert evaluation and repair in Portugal (Avaliação pericial e reparação do dano corporal em Portugal), organized by the Associação Portuguesa de Avaliação do Dano Corporal, Centro de Ciências Forense, Centro de Estudos de Pós-graduação em Medicina Legal and by the Centro de Direito Biomédico, at Professor Doutor Henrique Vilaça Ramos auditorium in Idealmed, in Coimbra.

January 17^th: The Portuguese Ombudsman has participated in the International Congress on Medical Liability: the doctrine and jurisprudence (Congresso Internacional sobre Responsabilidade Médica: a doutrina e a jurisprudência), as table moderator on Medical Liability in Spain (Responsabilidade Médica em Espanha).
