On 5-6 July, FRA attended a two day workshop in Athens on how to strengthen guardianship systems in Greece. Organised in cooperation with the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity and Ministry of Justice, FRA drew on its Guardianship systems for children deprived of parental care in the European Union to provide insight into the key features required within a guardianship system, with a particular focus on unaccompanied children.
