Following the Holyrood elections earlier this month, we have refreshed our leaflet and provided copies to re-elected and new MSPs, and also to MPs of Scottish constituencies. It explains our roles, and contains a Quick Guide to supporting constituents with complaints. It also outlines the key ways we relate to the Parliament including laying investigation reports, submitting evidence to Committees and how we are held to account for our performance.
