IOI/IRELAND | MoU signed between the IOI and the British and Irish Ombudsman Association

On 12 and 13 April 2016 IOI Secretary General Günther Kräuter attended the Annual Meeting and Conference of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association in Dublin and signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
