The Greek Ombudsman has been elected head of IOI-Europe.

About 90 Ombudsmen from 48 European countries are taking part in the European section of the IOI.
It is recalled that Mr. Andreas Pottakis has also been elected President of the Association of Mediterranean Ombudsmen, which includes Ombudsmen institutions from 30 countries in North Africa, the Middle East, the Black Sea and Southern Europe, including the Balkans.
Mr. Pottakis will assume the duties of President of IOI-Europe at the next World Congress of the IOI.
