Citizens who are unable to file their complaints via e-mail or by telephone, again have the possibility to file them personally or by post, as Office of the Ombudswoman in Zagreb has temporarily moved to the new address – Savska cesta 41 (Zagrepčanka building, 5th floor). Filing of complaints is also possible in our regional offices; Split – Šetalište Ivana Mažuranića 8a, Osijek – Ulica Hrvatske Republike 19, Rijeka – Korzo 2a.

Personal arrival is possible only with prior announcement, so please contact 01 4851 855 (for Zagreb), 021 682 981 (for Split), 031 628 054 (for Osijek) or 051 563 786 (for Rijeka) to schedule your appointment. Possible terms are from Tuesday to Friday, between 9:00 and 12:00.

When arriving to the Office, all imposed epidemiological measures must be followed.

As citizens were unable to personally file their complaints after the introduction of coronavirus spread prevention measures, as well as after our premises were severely damaged in the earthquake, all complaints were received via e-mail on info@ombudsman.hr or by telephone, which still remains possible.
