rish Ombudsman and IOI President, Peter Tyndall, today opened the IOI General Assembly from Dublin Castle. The Office of the Ombudsman is delighted to be hosting the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) 12th General Assembly and World Conference on behalf of IOI.

Almost 500 delegates worldwide are attending the online event from 25 - 27 May 2021. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Giving Voice to the Voiceless’.

The International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) is the only global organisation for the cooperation of more than 200 independent Ombudsman institutions from more than 100 countries worldwide.
