•	Cap reform, new EU rules for direct payments and rural development after 2022. Guest speakers: Joao Pacheco (Senior Fellow, Farm Europe) and Tomás García Azcárate (Senior Scientist, Institute of Economics, Geography and Demography IEGD-CCHS). 10.30 – 11.10

•	Citizens’ rights. A petition from Estonia on the rights of people with “undetermined citizenship”.
