Staff from the Office of the Ombudsman will not be visiting Citizens Information Centres (CICs) in Cork City and Mallow this April.

Complaint clinics in Cork City and Mallow will resume on 8 May.

The Office of the Ombudsman has recently launched new complaint clinics in Cork and Mallow. Staff from the office will visit Citizens Information Centres Cork City and Mallow once a month on the second Wednesday of each month to take complaints from members of the public.
