En 2013, le service de médiation pour les télécommunications a reçu 21.519 plaintes écrites. Ce nombre est en nette diminution (-17 % par rapport à 2012), et se retrouve à un niveau qui, depuis 2006-2007, n’avait plus été connu. En 2012, le service de médiation avait enregistré un nombre record de plaintes, avec 25.984 dossiers introduits.

Der Petitionsausschuss plädiert für eine Erweiterung der Kooperationsmöglichkeiten von Bund und Ländern im Grundgesetz bei Vorhaben der Wissenschaft und Forschung an Hochschulen. In der Sitzung am Mittwochmorgen beschloss der Ausschuss daher einstimmig, eine dahingehende Petition dem Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung „als Material“ zu überweisen und den Fraktionen zur Kenntnis zu geben.
