The summary covers the period from 1/1/2016 to 31/12/2016, and contains, apart from statistical data, an overall view of some of the most characteristic cases of interventions and investigations carried out by the Greek Ombudsman within each field of its competence and action.

It covers a wide variety of topics that the Greek Ombudsman dealt with during 2016, including: refugees and immigrants, social security, health & welfare, employment, taxation, education, discrimination and children’s rights.
