“Experiencia práctica y balance de la custodia compartida” es el título de la sesión del Foro de Derecho Aragonés que se celebrará el martes, 14 de noviembre, a las 19,00 horas en el Colegio de Abogados de Zaragoza, dentro de la vigesimoséptima edición de los Encuentros del Foro de Derecho Aragonés.

Intervendrán, como ponente encargada de presentar el tema, la Magistrada Mª José Moseñe Gracia, y en calidad de co-ponentes, la Abogada, Mª Cristina Chárlez Arán y el Letrado de la Administración autonómica, José Antonio Laguardia Hernando.

Al término de las intervenciones, se abrirá un turno de preguntas y reflexiones por parte de los asistentes que, igualmente, quedará reflejado en las Actas que cada año edita El Justicia de Aragón con el desarrollo completo de todas las jornadas del Foro.

La sesión prevista para mañana está abierta al público hasta completar el aforo del salón de actos del Colegio de Abogados.
