Tomás Quintana ha participado esta mañana en la inauguración de la jornada de presentación del Informe Anual de la Fundación Secretariado Gitano “Discriminación y Comunidad Gitana 2020”, mediante una intervención en la que ha destacado el interés del Informe en la medida en que analiza con rigor los casos de discriminación y antigitanismo documentados y atendidos por la organización, la jurisprudencia más reciente sobre la materia, así como un estudio monográfico sobre el empleo de las personas de etnia gitana...

El Síndic pidió a las autoridades competentes revisar la legislación vigente y la doctrina jurisprudencial para conseguir el necesario equilibrio con la libertad de expresión y equipararla con la doctrina europea...
