The Ombudsman, Peter Tyndall, has today published his report ‘Passports for Irish-born children of non –EEA parents’ following his investigation into the difficulties faced by non-EEA workers in obtaining passports for their children born in Ireland. The report concerns three men who came from Brazil to work in Ireland.
