Especial consideración al internamiento y al asilo”, en las II Jornadas HURI-AGE sobre Centros de Internamiento de Extranjeros (CIE).

Die Beauftragten für die Belange von Menschen mit Behinderungen von Bund und Ländern haben sich bei ihrem Treffen in Rostock dafür ausgesprochen, die geplante Teilhabereform für Menschen mit Behinderungen und die anstehende Pflegereform zeitlich und inhaltlich zu einem Gesamtkonzept zu verbinden. In ihrer Rostocker Erklärung mit dem Titel „Teilhabereform und Pflegereform gehören zusammen!“ fordern sie, das Recht auf Teilhabe und unabhängige Lebensführung auch bei Pflegebedürftigkeit zu sichern.

En febrero de 2013, el Ararteko inició una actuación de oficio tras recibir numerosas quejas por parte de personas perceptoras o solicitantes de RGI a quienes se les había denegado, suspendido o extinguido la prestación por unos gastos considerados superfluos o excesivos. Según las resoluciones, estos gastos supondrían no destinar la RGI a los fines para los que fue reconocida.
