Encuentro con las ganadoras de los Premios Valedora do Pobo.

Después de la publicación en el DOG de la comunicación oficial del resultado de la tercera edición de los premios Valedora do Pobo a los mejores trabajos de fin de grado (TFG) y trabajos fin de máster (TFM) en materia de igualdad y derechos de las mujeres, las tres ganadoras realizaron una visita a la institución el pasado jueves.

 

La Valedora, Dolores Fernández Galiño, mantuvo con ellas una reunión en la que participaron también María Xosé Portero, Adjunta, María Castro, asesora de igualdad, y María Méndez, presidenta de la Asociación de Periodistas de Galicia.

 

Las ganadoras ex-aequo de la categoría para trabajos de fin de grado, Camen Castrillo, autora de «La gestación por sustitución en el Derecho civil español: la aceptación tácita de los efectos de un contrato nulo», y Cinthia Piñeiro, autora de «Quién son ellas? El deporte gallego desde la perspectiva de género», más Ana Souto, ganadora de la categoría para trabajos de fin  de máster, autora de «Conquistando el vacío: las voces de profesoras y alumnas en ciclos formativos masculinizados», compartieron sus inquietudes y coincidieron en la importancia y motivación que les supuso orientar su investigación a la problemática de las mujeres en nuestra sociedad.

 

En el intercambio de opiniones producido las ganadoras contaron los motivos por los que eligieron su respectivo tema, las dificultades que encontraron y los aprendizajes -más allá del académico- que les supuso adentrarse en ellos. Dolores Fernández Galiño las felicitó y las animó a seguir adelante en el empeño en contribuir a superar las desigualdades y construir una sociedad más justa.

 

Las tres investigaciones serán publicadas en la web de la Valedora do Pobo, en el espacio Falamos de Feminismo, cumpliendo lo estipulado en las bases de la convocatoria.

 

La entrega de los premios se hará en colaboración con la Universidad de Vigo, en el decurso de un acto público.

Gespräch mit der Staatssekretärin im Thüringer Ministerium für Migration, Justiz und Verbraucherschutz

In einem sehr intensiven Gespräch tauschten sich der Bürgerbeauftragte des Freistaats Thüringen, Dr. Kurt Herzberg, und die Staatssekretärin im Thüringer Justizministerium, Meike Herz, über die Zusammenarbeit sowie über aktuelle Problemlagen der Bürgerinnen und Bürger aus.

Die Staatssekretärin, die seit 1. Februar im Amt ist, berichtete beim Treffen am 15.03.2023 über die Schwerpunkte ihrer Arbeit. Dabei wurde beiderseits deutlich gemacht, dass die Kommunikation mit den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern eine hohe Bedeutung hat und dass politische aber auch verwaltungsmäßige Entscheidungen immer wieder erläutert werden müssen.

Dieses Werben um Verstehen und Akzeptanz des behördlichen Handelns sei für den demokratischen Rechtsstaats von besonderer Bedeutung.

Herzberg seinerseits warb dafür, dass die Erfahrungswelt der Bürgerinnen und Bürger, die in besonders dichter Weise bei ihm als Bürgerbeauftragten besprochen wird, auch in den Überlegungen und Umsetzungen der Exekutive Berücksichtigung finden muss. Diesem stimmte die Staatssekretärin ausdrücklich zu, nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil es sich hier um eine Selbstverständlichkeit handeln sollte. Frau Herz unterstrich das Anliegen des Bürgerbeauftragten, weil die Erfahrungen in ihrer vorherigen Aufgabe als Leiterin der Polizeivertrauensstelle auch dahin gingen, dass die konkrete Lebenswelt der Menschen nicht immer die notwendige Aufmerksamkeit erhalten habe.

Beide kamen überein, das Gespräch in regelmäßigen Abständen fortzuführen.
